About Tubao

Founded in 1992, Dehua Tubao New Decoration Material Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive service provider of interior decoration materials with fairly great influence in China, and its product sales network is all over the world. The Company's shares were listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on May 10, 2005 (Stock Code: 002043).

Taking Zhejiang as the main industrial base, the Company continuously optimizes the allocation of resources and continues to expand steadily. It has formed the industrial clusters with certain scale in Jiangsu, Jiangxi and other places, and upgraded to build an intelligent home furnishing industrial park in Deqing City, Zhejiang. The Company actively responds to the national "One belt, One Road" initiative and lays out overseas production bases.

2019
Tubao actively arranged the manufacturing base in Cambodia, and the merger and acquisition between Tubao and Yufeng Hantang was officially signed.
